Salted Cod Cakes
Ingredients 2 potatoes (large, cubed and peeled) 1/2 cup of chopped fresh parsley 1 teaspoon of any seafood seasoning 1 pound of salted cod fish 2 beaten eggs 1 chopped onion A� cup of olive oil A� cup of all-purpose flour
Put the fish in a bowl and put cold water over it. Store it in the fridge for 8 hours. Replace the water every two hours. After 8 hours, rinse the cod in cold water. Chop into 1 inch pieces. Put the fish and potatoes in a pot.

Cut the avocados in small chunks. Spray it with lime juice. Toss the cabbage and poppy seed dressing in a bowl. Mix flour, salt and pepper in a bowl. Put the fish chunks in it. Cook the fish chunks until they’re brown. Put the cabbage in tortillas and top with fish and avocado.
